Shane Allua

Shane Allua is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with over 13 years of experience in project management and team development, excelling in client satisfaction and strategic insights through analytics. Currently, Shane teaches graduate-level statistics and quantitative methods courses at Trine University and Davenport University, having previously taught at the University of Maryland. Earlier in their career, Shane held various consulting roles at IBM, where they led large-scale technology transformations and managed multi-million dollar projects while advising on artificial intelligence applications. Shane earned a Ph.D. in Quantitative Methods from The University of Texas at Austin, alongside a Master's in Sport Psychology and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science/Psychology.
