Shay Hall is an innovative and culture-oriented UX Design Manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams at IBM, where they currently oversee project engagements and manage a diverse design team. Previously, Shay served as a Front End Developer and UX Engineer at IBM, where they contributed to various significant projects and were recognized with multiple awards. Shay's earlier roles included web development positions at Queenfin LLC and Vishay Precision Group, and they were a Founding Pastor at the North Carolina Conference of The United Methodist Church. Currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at Duke University, Shay holds a degree in Front-End Engineering from The Iron Yard and a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
