Shereen Shaker

Shereen Shaker is an experienced professional with significant expertise in management and operations within the real estate and facilities sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Management and Operations at The American University in Cairo since August 2019, Shereen has also held key positions at IBM as a Manager in Real Estate Strategy & Operations since May 2016, and at Alcatel-Lucent as the Regional Real Estate and Facilities Leader from November 2013 to May 2016. Prior experience includes a role as the Start-Up Leader for the Planning Centre New Building at Procter & Gamble, where Shereen managed the new office startup project in Cairo. Shereen began a career at Procter & Gamble in the Real Estate & Facilities Regional Team, leading various office relocations in Central Europe and the Middle East. Shereen holds a Master's degree in Real Estate & Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
