Shruti Arora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in problem management and cloud availability management. Currently, Shruti serves as a Problem Manager at HCL Technologies since August 2020 and simultaneously holds the position of Cloud Availability Manager at IBM from February 2022. Prior to these roles, Shruti worked at Blue Yonder as a Problem Manager from August 2018 to August 2020, and at Capgemini as a System Engineer from March 2015 to August 2018.
