Shu kun Ma is an IBM Certified Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of IT experience, including more than 12 years in project management. Currently, Shu leads quality inspection and delivery excellence initiatives at IBM China GDC, focusing on high-quality deliverables in the banking and industrial sectors. Prior to this role, Shu worked extensively in Japan as a Senior System Engineer and Project Manager for multiple organizations, managing significant outsourcing projects. Shu began their career as a Vice Researcher and Project Manager at the Shanghai Ship and Shipping Scientific Institute, developing techniques for real-time computer monitoring and control systems. Shu holds a Master of Computer Applications from Dalian Maritime University.
