Sofia Lamuraglia

Sofia Lamuraglia is the Director of Leadership Development at IBM, where they lead the worldwide leadership development strategy and design learning solutions for leaders at all levels. With a background in Clinical Psychology, Sofia has successfully implemented a variety of leadership development initiatives that enhance employee engagement and drive business results. Prior to their current role, Sofia held multiple leadership positions at IBM, focusing on management development programs for over 37,000 managers globally. They began their career as a therapist and later gained experience as an HR Generalist, contributing to their rich understanding of organizational dynamics. Sofia is currently pursuing both a License in Psychology from Universidad De Buenos Aires and a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
