Soyoung Shin, Ph.D, is a prominent figure in the field of quantum computing, currently serving as a Quantum Strategist in Education and Workforce at IBM Quantum. They also lead the Korea chapter of the Quantum & Qiskit community within IBM. Previously, Soyoung held positions as a Research Scientist at Cambridge Quantum Computing and as a Secretary General for the 25th International Conference on Atomic Physics.
