Stephen Pierce

Stephen Pierce is a Partner and Global Manufacturing 4.0 Leader at IBM Consulting, where they lead business development and delivery of next-generation AI-enabled solutions for manufacturing. Previously, they held various leadership roles at IBM, including Global Director for the Electronics Industry and Global Medical Device Leader, where they drove innovative solutions across multiple sectors. Earlier in their career, Stephen worked at National Semiconductor as a Product Marketing Group Leader and was a Principal Consultant at PwC. They earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University.
