From 1999 to 2006, Stephen worked at Oracle as a Strategic Account Sales professional. Subsequently, positions included Major Account Manager at Snow Software (September 2014 - February 2021) and Flexera Software (March 2013 - August 2014), where the focus was on managing application usage and maximizing software licensing efficiency. As Director of Sales at 500Friends (April 2010 - April 2011), Stephen led sales operations for a social commerce technology firm.
