Steve Bek is the Americas Sales Leader of Observability, FinOps, and ITFM Software at IBM. With a background spanning multiple roles, Steve has developed expertise in driving complex software solutions and sales in various sectors, including telecommunications and service management. Prior experience includes positions as a Pre-Sales Engineer at IBM Tivoli Software, a Network Operation Specialist at Cox Communications, and an Aviation Electrician in the US Navy. Steve holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shorter University, as well as an Associate degree in Electronics Technology from ITT Technical Institute. Recognized for outstanding achievements, Steve received the IBM Technical MVP award in both 2017 and 2018.
