Steve Buckley is an analytics leader with over forty years of experience in client engagement, program, and project leadership. They have held significant roles at IBM, including Senior Client Technical Advisor since 2015 and BAO Applied Research Leader from 2009 to 2015. From 1987 to 2007, they worked as a Research Staff Member Manager at IBM Research, focusing on supply chain management and business process management. Additionally, Steve served as the General Chair for the Winter Simulation Conference in 2014, overseeing site selection and team coordination. They earned a PhD in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and hold a Master's degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University.
