Steve Burnett is a seasoned Technical Writer and Information Developer with extensive experience in documenting complex technologies across various industries. They are currently a Principal Technical Writer at IBM, focusing on the Presto open-source analytics engine while also serving as a committer for Presto in GitHub. Previously, Steve led documentation efforts at Ahana, where they contributed to the Ahana Cloud for Presto and collaborated closely with engineering and marketing teams. They have held key documentation roles at several organizations, including rPath, SAS, and HP, and have earned multiple degrees from North Carolina State University, including an M.S. in Technical Communication.
