Steve Finlayson

Steve Finlayson is currently an Executive Partner and Oracle HCM Cloud Leader at IBM, where they focus on enhancing the workplace through technology. Previously, they served as the Dual Role: Business Solutions Workstream Lead and Head of Business Solutions at Standard Life from 2011 to 2014, overseeing the implementation and development of Oracle solutions for a global workforce. They also held the position of Head of HR Professional Advisory Services at AEGON Scottish Equitable from 2010 to 2011, where they set the strategic direction for HR services. Their earlier experience includes a role as Head of Technical Services, managing payroll and HR systems, as well as consulting as a Senior Managing Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud at IBM from 2014 to 2016.
