Steve Moss

Steve Moss is a Director of watsonx for IBM Americas GTM, leading the commercialization of the watsonx AI platform. Previously, Steve served as Global Compensation Leader, Recognition Design and held various HR roles within IBM, including HR Business Partner and HR Client Engagement Leader. While completing a First Class Honours degree at Bournemouth University, Steve participated in an Industrial Placement at IBM as an HR Implementation Coordinator, gaining exposure to diverse HR practices. Steve also completed a successful HR Speed Internship at IBM, which led to a graduate position in HR.
