Steve Tomasco is the vice president and head of global communications for IBM Research, where they direct the communications strategy across IBM's innovation portfolio, including AI and quantum systems. In their current role, Steve also leads communications for IBM Quantum and is responsible for IBM's intellectual property strategy. They have held numerous senior leadership positions within IBM, focusing on building the brand and providing strategic communications counsel. Prior to joining IBM, Steve worked with several communications firms, including Euro RSCG Magnet and Kratz & Jensen. Steve graduated with a Bachelor in Communications from Marist College.
