Steven Caplan

Steven Caplan is the EMEA Head of Change Management for SAP, bringing over thirty years of experience in business development and organizational effectiveness. They previously held roles such as Business Development Manager at The Nalpac Company and Director of People & Change at KPMG US. Steven has also served as Principal at Satori Consulting and Chief of Staff at ONE Jeanswear Group. They earned an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
