Steven Higgins

Steven Higgins is an IT Solutions Architect at IBM Global Services, where they architect technical WIntel solutions and ensure compliance with customer standards. They have extensive experience in service and project management, as well as technical leadership within large-scale enterprise environments. Previously, Steven held various positions at companies such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where they managed a team of consultants and oversaw significant server upgrades. Steven also worked with Altria Client Services Inc., recouping substantial costs by streamlining server refresh processes. They earned a BS in Science with minors in Computer Science and Math from Penn State University.
