Steven Piers

Steven Piers is a User Advocacy Leader at IBM TechXchange, where they focus on enhancing client experience through collaboration with various teams. Previously, they served as a Customer Advocacy Manager and Client Advocacy Manager at IBM from 2021 to 2023, where they supported clients in achieving success and engaged them in advocacy efforts. Prior to this, Steven worked at Cognos from 1997 to 2001 as a Global Education Instructor and Business Intelligence Lifecycle Advisor, developing training courses and serving as a liaison between customers and product management.
