Suresh Bhat

Suresh Bhat has extensive experience in program and project management within the software development and technical support sectors, particularly at IBM from February 2002 to the present. As Program Director for various divisions, Suresh has led numerous teams in the delivery of cloud and Kubernetes offerings, achieving 100% on-time delivery. Suresh also directed worldwide technical support operations, overseeing global teams while establishing innovative support models that enhanced customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes leadership roles at CrossWorlds Software and Cambridge Technology Partners, focusing on solution strategy, engineering management, and CRM software implementation. Suresh holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, along with foundational education that includes a B.Com degree.
