Susan Mutin

Susan Mutin is currently the Worldwide Resource Manager for IBM Security, where they deploy practitioners to strategic projects globally and manage utilization forecasting and staffing escalations. They have held various positions at IBM from 1978 to 2013, including Systems Engineer, Management, Operation Lead, Resource Deployment, and Project Manager, demonstrating a long history of increasing responsibility. Susan is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management from Indiana State University.
