Susan O.

Susan O. is a results-oriented and decisive leader currently serving as Program Director for Client Training Execution (GTM) and Operations at IBM. With extensive experience dating back to 1987, they held multiple leadership positions at Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. and later at IBM, where they significantly improved client satisfaction and operational efficiencies. Susan has successfully managed large teams, designed compliance programs, and implemented financial reporting systems, driving substantial cost savings and revenue growth. They are continuing their education at the University of Southern California.
