Swithi Mathews is a Senior Software Developer at IBM Software Labs India with over 12 years of IT experience, specializing in Java and various related technologies. Swithi's programming journey began at a young age during a hobby class in the 4th grade. After completing schooling in Dubai, Swithi earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering in India. Swithi began their career at Tata Consultancy Services, progressing from Trainee to IT Analyst over five years, before transitioning to IBM Software Labs, where they currently lead a team focused on advanced cloud technologies. Throughout their career, Swithi has received multiple client appreciations and awards and has worked directly with clients across several countries.
