Synclair G. is currently a Web Strategist and Digital Marketing Lead at IBM, where they focus on creating user-friendly web experiences and leveraging partnerships through data-driven strategies. Previously, Synclair held roles such as Lead Web Strategist for Strategic Partnerships and Digital Strategist, enhancing user engagement and digital marketing effectiveness. Synclair has also contributed to various organizations, including serving as Student Director of Marketing and Promotions at WORTHY Concert and founding Charter Oak Beautiful Lengths, where they organized a significant hair donation drive. They have a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Cornell University, supplemented by a study abroad experience at IE Business School.
