Tania Cabrera is currently a Process Engineer at IBM Semiconductor Research, focusing on Back End of Line dielectric process optimization and troubleshooting. In this role, Tania develops and enhances processes and equipment for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing. Previously, Tania served as the Dean of the Division of Math, Science, Technology and Health at SUNY Schenectady County Community College and worked as a Professor of Nanoscale Materials and Chemistry from 2009 to 2017. Tania earned an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership from Northeastern University in July 2022, and holds an MA in Chemistry from Columbia University, as well as a BS in Chemistry and Physics of Materials from Simmons University.
