Tara Boldrin

Tara Boldrin is a Corporate Internal Communications Lead at IBM, specializing in HR and CIO initiatives. Tara has extensive experience in communications, content development, project management, and publishing, fostering engagement within the organization. Previously, Tara has held roles such as Career & Skills Consultant and Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting various IBM HR initiatives. They hold a Bachelor's degree in English, Political Science, and Spanish Literature & Culture from the University of North Carolina, where their career began as an intern in 2018. Outside of work, Tara enjoys exploring local markets, listening to history podcasts, and experimenting with baking.
