Terry Chen

Terry Chen possesses extensive experience in project management within public sector agencies and technology industries. Previously serving as a Project Manager at CSI Technology Group from February 2018 to October 2021, Terry led teams focused on District Attorney operation-related projects, overseeing requirements, UI/UX design, development, and quality assurance. Currently, at IBM since October 2021, Terry manages an Azure Cloud project involving application migration and re-architecture while guiding a multidisciplinary team. Prior roles include a System Analyst and Assistant Manager at CSI Technology Group, along with engineering experience at TSMC, where Terry contributed to the development of a Manufacturing Execution System. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from National Central University.
