Thomas Bauer is currently the Watson IoT Industry Lab Leader for the Government Sector at IBM Deutschland. They have extensive experience in consulting, having served as a Senior Managing Consultant at IBM from 2003 to 2016 and as a Project Manager at PwC Deutschland from 2000 to 2002. Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting and as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Garant Schuh AG. Thomas holds a degree in Economics from the Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg, which they obtained between 1989 and 1995.
