Thuy Phan, MBA/MS, is an HR Business Development Consultant at IBM, where they focus on empowering staff and fostering inclusive workplace cultures through design thinking and data-driven insights. Thuy previously served as a Research Assistant at the Disparities Solutions Center, managing executive training programs and collaborating on health equity initiatives. They hold a BA in Social Anthropology from Harvard University and an MBA/MS in Digital Innovation from Boston University Questrom School of Business. Thuy's diverse interests include ballet, modern dance, literary fiction, and outdoor activities.
