Timothy Phung is a research staff member at IBM, having previously held the same position in 2013. They earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where they also completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in the same field. Prior to their time at IBM, Timothy gained experience as a research intern at Agilent Technologies in 2008. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Physics from UC Berkeley, where they studied from 2003 to 2006.
