Tina Yang has over eight years of experience in functional testing, specializing in user testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing, including five years of client interfacing. Currently, they serve as the C&P Industry Lead at IBM while also working as a Digital Consultant since 2018. Previously, Tina held the position of Testing Manager at 博朗软件开发(上海)有限公司 and worked as a Software Test Engineer at 花旗 from 2006 to 2008. Their expertise encompasses testing management, Agile methodologies, defect management tools, and quality assurance processes, complemented by strong communication skills in English.
