Tom Gerken

Tom Gerken is a retired technology professional who dedicated over twenty-two years to FileNet and IBM. Initially joining FileNet as the District Systems Manager for the Southwest District, they excelled in hiring talent and managing operations for nearly eleven years. Gerken demonstrated strong leadership as the National Professional Services Coordinator, increasing Professional Services sales by 40%, and later played a key role in developing the Technology ISV Partner Program at IBM. Prior to their tenure at FileNet, Gerken accumulated nearly 40 years of experience in various management positions at Tandem Computers and Burroughs Corporation. They hold a BS in Data Processing/Marketing from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
