Having begun their career as an Operations Intern at GE Power & Water, Tom transitioned into recruitment while pursuing professional poker, which ultimately led to a five-year journey in talent acquisition. They have held various roles, including Lead Recruiter at Revolut, where Tom managed a team focused on Data Analysis and Python recruiting. Tom’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Nottingham Trent University.
