Tom McWilliams

Tom McWilliams is an accomplished professional with a strong background in sales and consulting, currently serving as an ISV Partner Specialist at IBM since May 2020. In this role within the Ecosystem Canada team, Tom focuses on empowering Canadian ISVs by integrating IBM solutions, particularly from the IBM Software portfolio involving Watsonx AI, Automation, AIOps, and Security. Prior to this, Tom distinguished himself as a Solution Sales Specialist in the IBM Summit Program, where skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation were enhanced, leading to top performer recognition. Additional experiences at IBM include a year-long internship with the Cloud Platform team and various roles at RBC, where skills in client engagement and financial advisory were developed. Tom holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Carleton University.
