Tom Oblak

Tom Oblak is an experienced professional in enterprise program management, military acquisition, and research and development. They have led large organizations and multi-million dollar programs, including a pivotal role as a Project Manager for the Forward Repair System in the US Army. Tom has held various positions at IBM and has been instrumental in implementing project management offices and enhancing customer satisfaction across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Three Eagles Estates, they continue to leverage their extensive expertise in logistics, operations planning, and program management. Tom holds multiple certifications, including Project Management Professional and has a Master’s degree in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
