Tom O'Brien

Tom O'Brien is a Program Director in Product Management at IBM, where they lead a team of product managers focused on delivering Backup and Recovery solutions. They have extensive experience in product management and marketing, driving strategies and roadmaps for various software offerings to achieve growth. Prior to IBM, Tom worked at Dell as a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager and Senior Product Manager, where they developed go-to-market strategies and managed product portfolios. Tom began their career as an Oracle Database Administrator and has held various technical roles, including Software Engineer and Software Test Manager. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance at The University of Texas at Austin.
