Tom Ponesse

Tom Ponesse is a seasoned professional with 30 years of experience in Finance and Real Estate at IBM Corporation. In the first half of their career, they held various roles in Finance, including Division Planning Manager and Business Unit Controller, while gaining expertise in Cost Accounting and Balance Sheet Accounting. In the latter half, Tom transitioned to Real Estate, where they managed Facility & Site Operations, Leasing Operations, and Global Financial Planning Consolidation. Currently, they oversee IBM’s Real Estate portfolio across the US, Europe, and Canada. Tom earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Marist College.
