Tom Warson

Tom Warson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and consulting. Currently serving as a Product Manager at IBM since February 2025, Tom has also been the Founder and Director of The WISE Project Company since January 2018, where guidance is provided for strategy development and organizational change. Previous roles include Product Management Consultant at Dialexa, Business Process Consultant at Sage Method, and Project Controls Manager at Lucid Energy Group, showcasing a strong background in project management, process development, and operational improvements across various industries. Tom holds an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
