Tracy A. is a results-driven compliance and operations lead with over 24 years of experience in the financial and technology sectors, specializing in compliance auditing, risk management, and data analytics. They have led global teams and conducted complex investigations during their tenure at companies such as IBM, where they serve as the Worldwide Team Lead of Third Party Compliance Audit, and Millennium Financial Systems. Tracy is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and an active member of ACFE and IIA, demonstrating strong expertise in fraud detection and internal audit practices. Currently, Tracy is pursuing a BA in Psychology at the University of Central Florida and an MBA in Business at the University of Phoenix.
