Travis Siegfried

Travis Siegfried is a seasoned professional at IBM with extensive experience in customer success and technical leadership since July 2005. Currently serving as an Account Specialist, Travis focuses on client deployment strategies and enhancing client experiences with IBM technology. Previous roles include Executive Solution Architect for IBM’s Cloud Pak Platform, and Technical Evangelist in AI solutions, showcasing expertise in cognitive systems and IoT. Additionally, Travis contributes to academia as a part-time professor at St. Petersburg College, teaching courses in computer and information technology security. With a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Penn State University, Travis has also held key positions in non-profit organizations and early career IT roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to technology and education.
