Trish Martinelli

Trish Martinelli, PMP®, is a highly experienced Business Transformation Consultant at IBM, specializing in data-centric initiatives for the Intelligence Community with a focus on AI and generative Artificial Intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at BlackHays Group, Trish also holds a Board Member position at the Federal Innovators Salon, promoting innovation across the Federal Government. Previous roles include Industry Engagement Lead for the Department of Defense Office of Small Business Programs, where Trish contributed to various programs supporting small and disadvantaged businesses. Trish's extensive government and defense experience encompasses leadership positions, including Executive Director of the Defense Entrepreneurs Forum and Regional Director with the National Security Innovation Network. Trish's educational background includes Professional Certifications in Design Thinking and Terrorism Analysis, along with a Master's degree in Business Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
