Tushar Bajaj has extensive experience in sales and technology roles, spanning over two decades. Starting as a Systems Analyst at Utech Products Inc. from December 2000 to November 2002, Tushar transitioned to a Senior Programmer Analyst at NYS Tax & Finance until May 2005. Tushar joined Dell in October 2008, where work included Dell Services until May 2012. Subsequently, Tushar held multiple positions at IBM between January 2024 and June 2021, culminating as Vice President of Sales, with leadership in various sales initiatives for IBM Red Hat and the AIOps and Observability Platform.
