Tushar Wadaskar

Tushar Wadaskar is a senior data management professional with over two decades of experience in data strategy, governance, and digital transformation across various sectors, including Banking and Telecommunications. Currently a Senior Advisory Application Architect at IBM, Tushar helps clients achieve their objectives through extensive technology and delivery expertise. Previously, as Director of Data Management at Open Insights, Tushar led the development of data governance frameworks and managed data quality and security. Tushar also served as Vice President of Continuous Improvement at Barclays, where they pioneered a Robotic Process Automation strategy that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Tushar holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology.
