Vadim Ratner is a skilled researcher and algorithm developer with extensive experience in the fields of image processing and computer vision. Beginning a career in the Israeli Navy as a software developer, Vadim advanced to head a software development team while continuing education at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering was obtained in 2013. Post-PhD, Vadim worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Stony Brook University, focusing on computer vision algorithms for medical imaging, and currently holds a research position at IBM.
