Vera Rhoads

Vera Rhoads has extensive experience in user experience and usability, currently serving as a Senior Manager at IBM since 2015 and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland's Graduate School, where they teach usability and user interface courses. Previously, they held positions such as Senior Manager of New Media at Fannie Mae and Director of eBusiness at AARP. Vera has also worked as a Web Usability Strategy Consultant at IMF and directed the Corporate Intranet at Winstar. Alongside their professional endeavors, Vera is pursuing a Doctorate in Computer Studies at Pace University and has earned a Master’s in Information Resource Management from Syracuse University.
