Victoria DeVore

Victoria DeVore is a Managing Consultant in Talent Transformation at IBM, where they focus on developing solutions for complex business challenges. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, Victoria has previously worked as a Business Development Intern for Chenega Federal Systems and served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pittsburgh. They have also been involved with the National Society of Black Engineers as a SEEK Summer Program Mentor and held various roles at IBM, including Senior Consultant and Technical Sales Specialist. Driven by a passion for client success and collaboration, Victoria believes in the importance of effective communication and continuous learning.
