Vincent Lin has extensive experience in various managerial roles at IBM, spanning from January 2014 to October 2024. Vincent began as Manager of Brand Services & Solution Design, focusing on offering management and business engagement in the enterprise sector. Subsequent positions included Integrated Technology Service Manager and Manager of High Volume Product Services, where responsibilities encompassed demand generation and service delivery in high-tech industries. As Senior Service Delivery Manager, Vincent led the Unix Platform/Storage Service Business. A key role as IBM GTS Account Availability Manager involved building client trust and ensuring service excellence. In the role of Manager of Industry Client Services, Vincent promoted advanced solutions in automation and IT transformation for the Taiwan High Tech Industry. Most recently, as GCG Warranty Management & Competency Leader, Vincent achieved budget targets and led planning for multi-vendor services. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Executive MBA from National Chung Hsing University.
