Vish Narayan is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and CTO of Industrial Sector Analytics/Optimization at IBM, where they have been pivotal in developing and deploying Cognitive Manufacturing solutions since 2005. Vish is actively involved in the Industry 4.0 and MES 3.0 consortium, aligning IT architecture with business needs amidst uncertainties. They have generated industry blueprints across several sectors, established the Analytic Center of Competency in India, and contributed to the creation of data-driven analytical models for continuous operations. Vish holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Master of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
