Vivek Narayanan is currently a Senior Managing Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud at IBM, having progressed from a Managing Consultant position. They began their career as a Software Engineer at UST Global, followed by roles as an Oracle HCM Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services and a Senior Consultant at Capgemini.
