Wei Ma has extensive experience in application management and innovation within IBM, beginning with a leadership role in Application Management Services in China from 2000 to 2008, where foundational teams were established. Wei progressed to roles such as Application Development and Management Leader for the Greater China CIO Office, overseeing significant team growth and operational efficiency. From 2013 to 2015, Wei held multiple executive positions, including Partner at Global Business Services, focusing on application services across various industries, business development, and team leadership. Wei’s academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications.
