Wei Zhang

Wei Zhang is a Research Staff Member at IBM, where they focus on machine learning acceleration within the IBM T.J. Watson Research Lab since 2013. They have a strong background in large-scale machine learning, deep learning, optimization, systems, and programming languages. Previously, Wei worked as a Software Developer at Integration X, a Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Research Intern at NEC, specializing in concurrent software reliability and testing. Additionally, they serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the NYU Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences and have academic roots from Beijing University of Technology, the Technical University of Denmark, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
